Matt and Emma Ferguson welcome you to the Three Tuns at St Keverne.
They have extensive experience in the pub and restaurant trade, with Matt coming from the Halzephron Inn at Gunwalloe, the Nansloe Manor Hotel in Helston and the Pandora Inn at Restronguet, before most recently managing the Norway Inn at Perranarworthal.
When not welcoming customers to the Three Tuns, Emma can be found writing the Helston Packet newspaper - something she has done for the last 14 years.
Both Matt and Emma grew up in the area, with Emma living in the parish as a child, just a few miles down the road at Traboe, while Matt lived at nearby Gunwalloe. He is the grandson of former St Keverne mobile butcher Jimmy Wood.
Head chef Daniel Ferguson is a self-taught chef with many years' experience in commercial kitchens, including working with a Michelin trained chef.
Before taking the helm at the Three Tuns he was part of the team at the Norway Inn at Perranarworthal and is now relishing the chance to explore his flair with food in his own kitchen.
Daniel draws inspiration from taking classic British pub food and updating it, with an emphasis on hearty meat dishes and fresh fish specials.
Provenance plays an important role when it comes to sourcing his ingredients, which are all grown, reared and caught locally where possible.
Daniel is backed up by sous chef Isaac Finken, who has worked at the Pandora Inn and more recently the Norway Inn.
